No I don't think its the same. That bug is refering to the size of the
dash. (windowed or fullscreen.) That's never bee an issue for me. I'm
referring to the state of menus and filters within the dash. They are
collapsed on every login, regardless of the state they were left in on
logout. This has been happening since I installed with alpha 1. I don't
know what it did in 11.10, I never used it.
