Hi Shane, the error is here: Starting rabbitmq-server: FAILED - check /var/log/rabbitmq/startup_{log, _err} rabbitmq-server. invoke-rc.d: initscript rabbitmq-server, action "start" failed. dpkg: error processing rabbitmq-server (--configure): subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1 Errors were encountered while processing: rabbitmq-server Log ended: 2012-02-10 18:13:55
Can you include /var/log/rabbitmq/startup_err ? Also make sure that your hostname is resolvable, try ping `hostname` If it is not, rabbitmq has a hard time starting up. Consider putting your hostname in as an alias for 127.0.0.1 in /etc/hosts.
