I Got very helpful suggestion from Colin Ian King. Since this, I got no further freezes. So issue might related to wireless.
Colin, many thanks for your great support. You da man! E-Mail from Colin: Sure sounds like a wireless issue - we need to disable this to verify this. You have a Atheros Communications Inc. AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter which uses the ath9k driver, so, we should attempt to disable that.
