In precise, apt cross-builds successfully for me when the environment is
set up as described at
<https://wiki.linaro.org/Platform/DevPlatform/CrossCompile/UsingMultiArch>.
So I think the issue Loïc encountered was the known issue with the
cross-compiler include paths, which is now addressed.
