I do not know, whether I have done everything right; if necessary, I'll 
repeat this process.

The failure of hibernating seems to be related to the buffers that are 
not purged: with "free", I can see that most of the RAM is used by 
buffers. As it looks, the entire RAM is transferred to the swap; the 
buffers should be liberated.
