The nfs-bottom/ltsp script was dropped in LTSP 5.3 in favor of the new
custom init=/sbin/init-ltsp approach. NFS bind-mounting is no longer
supported, but NFS+tmpfs+overlayfs mounting will probably be available
in the future.
