No external monitors mentioned in bug reports (932324 ,933322), happens with nvidia or ati (radeon) with kms enabled. Bug 933322 incl. some useful images of the issue, which I confirm (five frames with horizontol lines), although it looks worse here, maybe due to custom wallpaper.
