Public bug reported: There is a very annoying effect in Unity where windows will momentarrily snap-to the sides of the screen when they are nearby one of the edges. This does not always happen, but sometimes I will try to drag a window away from the side of the screen and it will lag for a split second as if it is stuck. I do not know if this is a bug or a design choice, but it is very annoying. It is a very subtle detail that needs to drastically dissapear.
