Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ktorrent

Possibly related to Bug #117092 (??)

When KTorrent is running (started from a terminal), and I attempt to
start a torrent with unusual filenames (I'm guessing this is the reason,
starting a torrent with apostrophes in teh file name seems to trigger
the problem), KTorrent goes into a spin, consuming all available CPU
power and flushing the same error message over and over again to the
terminal:

KTorrent subsequently only stops if killed. (kill -HUP {PID})
