This package currently tracks the development of the SPARQL 1.1
standard, currently at last call with the W3C. It is written by a
working group member and is one of two implementations that passes all
tests as of this release. There has been some changes since last
version, but they have all gone to improve the package. I therefore
hope it will be accepted in Precise.
