Public bug reported: I installed inn2 on Ubuntu 11.04, not done any setup yet, but now get daily emails with mawk errors:
Subject: [...] Daily Usenet report for [...] [...] /usr/lib/news/bin/scanlogs: line 27: mawk: command not found [...] Also, Subject: Cron <news@[...]> test -x /usr/lib/news/bin/news.daily && news.daily expireover lowmark delayrm has one line: /usr/lib/news/bin/news.daily: line 42: mawk: command not found So, I installed the mawk package and it fixed that problem. Should mawk be added as a required dependency? ** Affects: inn2 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/928155 Title: inn2 missing dependency? mawk: command not found To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/inn2/+bug/928155/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
