Yesterday evening I found the issue triggered on 3.2.0-12.21 about 2 times when 
I play a movie inside browser
by wireless network, see attachment  for 'dmesg'.

In fact, the issue was not very easy to reproduce for me since generally
I connected my T410 with ethernet.

I remembered that the previous reports were on wireless network condition, so 
looks like the issue is
a bit easier to reproduce on wireless network conditions than ethernet 
connection.
