Public bug reported:
I went full-screen with Firefox (F6) and when selected couldn't get the
launcher to slide out again. Also I lost the top global menu. I hit F6
again which revealed the Firefox tabs but still no top global menu.
When I brought up the terminal (CTRL+ALT+T) the menus re-a merged, when
I selected the Firefox window again they disappeared.
