I think that there is nothing special at the script. The bug appeared when I run a launcher from desktop which has command gnome-terminal --hide-menubar --title=upgrade_system --geometry=132x38 -x ./update_upgrade d
I run it about 20 times, and just reproduced it for 4th time.
