Public bug reported:

I have noticed that, even if I have published a file on U1, in Nautilus the 
option "copy the web link" is not available. I attach to this bug report a 
screenshot to explain the issue.
As you can see, on the left of the screenshot I have a file published. On the 
right of the screenshot I have the same file, locally on my disk, that should 
have the option to copy the URL. But the option is grayed, as if the file is 
not published.
