Public bug reported:

Nothing much to add, excpet for the files I suppose the ubuntu-bug ubiquity
command has sent. The installer seems to crash during the system installation
(I mean, after partitioning and copying files). I did everything by the book,
first time I got any problems installing a kubuntu distribution.
Actually I succeded when I first tried this installation, today, but kubuntu
didn't seem to be able to load kde. I tried installing the fglrx drivers for my
ati manually, since they weren't there, but that made the situation worst. So I
decided to reinstall, and then the crashes started.
I'm going to try with the dvd-installer, now.

bye
Giovanni
