Hello,
When you can reproduce the bug,
Open a terminal/console and enter the following commands:
$ xprop -root | grep XKB > ~/xkb
$ gconftool-2 -R /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/kbd > ~/gconf
Attach ~/xkb and ~/gconf to the bug report in separate attachments.
