Vadim, thank you very much for your prompt reply. Yes I can confirm that this bug is reproducable, and I have it for the past 5 months or so. Please note that I am using Yahoo! weather service, and get the same error message. The latest version from PPA is also affected.
If you on the other hand can go back 6 or 7 months, then the old PPA version should not have this bug. It broke somewhere down the road for some reason.
