This test case now works in Unity 5.0. However, I found another case when it's not working, so recycling the bug report :)
** Description changed: With the dash opened, the launcher bar doesn't saturate when focused via keynav when the mouse pointer never left the launcher bar area after opening the dash. TEST CASE: [0. Unhide the launcher bar.] 1. Move the mouse pointer over the Ubuntu launcher item. 2. Left click/open the dash while not leaving the launcher bar area. 3. Press Alt+F1 to activate key navigation. + 4. Press down + 5. press right to open the quicklist + 6. Press left to put the focus back on the launcher icons RESULT: - Key navigation starts with a desaturated launcher bar. + Key navigation is still activated with a desaturated launcher bar.
