Any chance of this being reopened, please? I have become very productive over the years using a dock located at the bottom of the screen both in Ubuntu and OSX. With Unity the screen just feels far too heavily 'weighted' towards the left which results in my mouse behaviour feeling 'unnateral' when accessing the menu. Why not add the open to change the launcher position? Would this really be such a bad thing to do?
