@Dominik Yep, i agree completely with you. In software development terms, it's a critical bug. In practical terms, is just crazy to have a bug like this not fixed in three months. Hope you email made Canonical realize this bug importance.
You know, in fact i'm using Precise right now. I had other issues, but i think this bug is the one reason that made me upgrade to the development version. Not that i wanted though..., this is my only computer and i use it for work. But for my work i need to write in Korean.
