I again checked all the hostname configurations. Then I found out what it was. 
ONLY on the machine running the kerberos master there were a linie in /etc/hosts

127.0.1.1 kerberos
---------------
On all the other machines there was
--------------
192.168.123.xxx   hostname.example.net
-------------
in /etc/hosts even on the ubuntu 12.04 KDC-slave. DNS was running a "host 
192.168.123.110" gave me a kerberos.example.net and a "host 
kerberos.example.net" gave me a 192.168.123.110 so for me DNS and naming was ok.
So no bug ;-)
