I had the very same problem.

Logitech Bluetooth Laser Travel Mouse
Notebook Samsung RF711
Ubuntu 11.10 64-bit on Unity

I solved this entering the BIOS and disabling the touchpad. After I
restarted the notebook I removed the mouse from the list of registered
bluetooth devices (obviously I had previously registered it, to use it),
I registered it again and now it works perfectly.

I did this because somewhere in Launchpad I read that could be caused by
a shared IRQ...

Feel free to contact me if you need more info to solve the bug without
this workaround.
