  I wonder if it would be possible to reduce the diff between the Debian
  and Ubuntu axis2c packages, in order to make its inspection easier:
  
-  - Is it needed to keep Standards-Version at 3.8.0 in Ubuntu?
-  - Including the contents of the NOTICE file in debian/copyright is necessary 
to comply with the Apache license 2.0.
-  - The lintian overrides and the README.Debian notice about rpath, while not 
essential to Ubuntu, are probably better to be ignored than deleted.
