Reproducible on a Dell Latitude E6510. Hardware identifies as: 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation GT218 [NVS 3100M] (rev a2)
Mostly, display is garbled, sometimes, the window decorator and unity crash. In rare cases, the display works. If anyone is interested, I can take a picture of a garbled display. The restoration after 15 seconds is due to nvidia's config tool reverting after 15 seconds if a dialog is not confirmed.
