Public bug reported:

Sometimes I shoot my photos in jpg and raw (CR2). When I remove photos to the 
Shotwell trashcan and emty the trashcan so my photos are really deleteted the 
photos are releaded when I start Shotwell the next time.
It think that only the jpg photo is removed and when Shotwell detect the raw 
photo it create a new jpg photo.

Now I have to remove the photos from within the filebrowser.
