Hi guys, I have a HP touchsmart tm2 as well. I don't have this problem
at all and I have enabled virtualization and works like great with
Virtualbox and VMware.

I saw that I you may have a different model. My laptop is HP touchsmart
tm2-2105eg and it has a hybrid graphic ATI/Intel video card, including
the HDMI from ATI and Intel core i5 470UM. I just updated as well the
BIOS version to F.25

Either the problem is caused by the BIOS version (you could try to
update it, I just did it last week) or by the CPU driver (that in my
case works fine) or maybe by the HDMI you have from Intel.

Hope this info helps!
