the bug is a different way of managing the driver by the kernel, tried to insert the sdhci.ko file from 10.04 into 3.0. kernel, but it didn't work. hope to see the card reader work again my laptop is a dell vostro 1710, all hardware worked perfectly out of the box in the 3 past years.
