Bucic: I don't think the fix for this bug is related to your new problems. EliCoten: Please try removing ppa:vanvugt/compiz. It does not contain any code relevant to this bug and is likely causing some regression you talk about. I know I recommended ppa:vanvugt/compiz because it seems to help so many people, but it's still under development. Please try testing ppa:vanvugt/unity alone. I am totally confident this bug is fixed in ppa:vanvugt/unity.
