Public bug reported:

When launching the ubuntu installer from the livecd or when Ubuntu
initially starts up, a message is recieved stating

"Ubi-language failed with exit code 1. Further information may be found
in /var/log/syslog. Do you want to try running this step again before
continuing? If you do not, your installation may fail entirely or be
broken.

Happens more than once when started from livecd or normally. The
installer freezes when I click continue.
