Dave, thanks it fixed the bug as now "fglrx "driver is loaded correctly ; I do not know yet whether I have to do : sudo /usr/bin/restricted-manager at each slogging ession.
If necessary the best way is to add this command line in the file : /etc/bash.bashrc file for example to obtain all users to get benefit of the fix.
