Public bug reported: When my laptop comes back from sleep, I see a blank screen. I have to press Ctrl+Alt+F1, Ctrl+Alt+F7 to see the password screen.
I'm using Gnome 3.2. The problem has been there for some time, and recently got worse after a BIOS update, but I saw this problem intermittently before. I also sometimes see this problem when I'm attached to multiple monitors. I'm not sure if this is a Gnome problem, an Xorg problem, or a problem with my laptop's BIOS. I'll be happy to provide any debugging information that I can. I'm also systems and programming-literate, but not familiar with how Gnome 3.2 is put together under the hood.
