Did you run the command

cupsctl FileDevice=yes
before running the "lpadmin" command? Did the "lpadmin" command run
without errors? Is there enough space on your disk so that /tmp/printout
can get created?

Can you attach the captured print data and the error_log of your attempt
to print to the new print queue?
