Public bug reported: This is a bug about unity (the 3D version). Unfortunately the package search thing doesn't work at all, so I may have put the wrong package there.
Anyway, basically sometimes when you right-click on an application in the dock to get the context menu (Keep in Launcher, Quit, etc) that menu appears and is drawn on top of other windows, but mouse events still go *through* it to the window beneath, so you can't click or hover on any of the items. This is a clean Ubuntu 11.10 install.
