I was trying to clone a git repo with bzr:
bzr branch git://anongit.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-input-synaptics
I got:
bzr: ERROR: exceptions.TypeError: expected string or buffer

I did it twice. the two crash logs are attached.
