Public bug reported:

Working for more than 5 years with Ubuntu,

Since Ubuntu 11.04 found the same problem like I had with 07.10

After upgrade from 10.10 after a while the screen turns black and the
desktop is still running and alternating on his two CD-ROM ,( you can
work for all day and then sudden it stops like mentioned before)

Conclusion back to 10.10....after 6 months we try 11.10

It is worse there is no way to install or to upgrade....during the installation
we found the same problem black-screen....etc...etc.
regards
Alain
