Public bug reported:

I have been having a lot of bluetooth problems ever since I tried to
pair with a cellphone to get some photos off of it. While pairing I
received a Kernel Panic. Ever since then I've been having random kernel
panics, my bluetooth mouse and headset no longer work reliably (not that
they have since upgrading to 11.10).

My headset is completely unusable, the sound is garbled and has long
skips as if it needs to buffer every 3-4 seconds. hci.log attached for
the event...

I've tried everything I can to fix the issue, I'm probably going to have
to re-install Ubuntu soon, I can't live without my BT devices...
