Public bug reported: I have tried to get my disks up and running ever since kernel 2.6.38-8. The Marvel 88SE6440 sata controller stopped working after the upgrade to 2.6.38-10. Latest test are with 3.0.0-13. Version: Ubuntu 3.0.0-13.22-generic 3.0.6.
