I can confirm this bug on 4 differents computers.
As soon as I upgraded to Ubuntu 11.10 I noticed Ctrl+Alt+KPN stopped
working. I noticed because I used it a million times a day.
With all the updates coming I thought it would be fixed pretty soon ..
nope.
