The CERT record is used in production, so I can't remove it. What problem do you have with the CERT record? This bug report should be about the "foo bar.josefsson.org" domain with the TXT type. If PDNS cannot handle CERT records (or generally, arbitrary unknown records), that would be another bug that should be fixed first.
