You're mixing too many stuff in a single report. First, the package name
you were looking for is "libv4l-0", thus the command to find out the
list of installed files is "dpkg -L libv4l-0". Are you sure that skype
is not a shell alias that sets LD_PRELOAD to another value? Because it
doesn't make sense that the error reported uses another path than the
one that you gave as input...

For the other problems, it's highly unlikely that dpkg dropped the list
of installed files. Please give us the output of the following commands:

ls -al /var/lib/dpkg/info/libdrm-radeon1*.list
dpkg -L libdrm-radeon1 | wc -l

I bet that synaptic is not fully multiarch-aware and that it's confused
by the non-existence of  /var/lib/dpkg/info/libdrm-radeon1.list which
has been replaced by  /var/lib/dpkg/info/libdrm-radeon1:386.list. Thus
I'm reassigning it there.
