Thank you for your bug report. Since what you submitted is not really a
bug, or a problem, but rather an idea to improve Ubuntu, you are invited
to post your idea in Ubuntu Brainstorm at http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/
where it can be discussed, voted by the community and reviewed by
developers.
Also, you are able to choose the default interface for Ubuntu. If you do
not like Unity, you can use Xubuntu and XFCE, Lubuntu and LXDE, Kubuntu
and KDE, or Gnome 3.2 by installing the gnome-shell package from the
software center.
