Incidentally, I've found a very very simple way to fix it (at least it
works for me). Just using the built-in desktop preferences tool of
ubuntu (right click on desktop and click "change desktop background") to
change the theme to Ambiance (although I'm already using Ambiance but
the dropbox in the tool doesn't show anything). After that, everything
is changed back (include icon theme changed back to ubuntu mono icon
theme). The titlebar's now working again. Thanks God.
