I'm not sure if I'm affected by the same bug, but I'm experiencing the
same problems and also have a Broadcom adapter, so I assume a yes.

Scanning and pairing works fine, I can also use Bluetooth keyboards and
mice perfectly well, but OBEX fails miserably. "Browse files..." from
the menubar applet just does nothing at all, "Send files..." gives me a
"Connection refused (111)" on the first try, then a "Unable to find
service record" if I click Retry.

I used to send files trough both methods perfectly well on 11.04.
