According to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/CommonTasks "Fix Committed" means that a fix will be uploaded soon. "Fix Released" means it has been uploaded. Needs info is not correct because no further info is needed to diagnose and resolve the issue. Also a debdiff is not possible because this is a merge, not a minor change, and there is a new .orig.tar.gz, which can not be reflected in a debdiff.
