The way that shiniori319 offered works. But I had to switch to unity 2d to use 
"metacity --replace" for seeing the error. After that  I changed back to unity 
then the theme gets back to normal.
This makes me recall when the light-themes were first porting to gtk3, the 
title bar only works when we are using the unity shell, not in gnome shell. In 
gnome shell, it uses mutter (metacity + clutter) to decorate the windows border.
