Yep it happens every time, but I should've been more specific. Launcher is set to 'dodge windows', when firefox is full screen (per window button) the launcher is hidden. When totem is full screen (per ui button not windows button) it doesn't hide nor does the panel. Immediately after making totem full screen (per ui button) the launcher hides for ~0,5 sec., appears again and remains visible. Youtube video, full screen per flashplayer button (firefox is already full screen per window button), then the panel is visible. Actually there is no way to dodge the panel (as it was with gnome2), it's just always visible.
