Just an up to clarify my way about how to reproduce the bug : I can (not so randomly) reproduce this bug, because of an another bug (that i should report asap): As i said: "On a HP-TouchSmart-tm2, using the touchscren with finger, you can make a right-clic by selecting your rigth-clic target with a finger then clic with a second finger to generate the rigth-clic."
this right clic is allready bugged, example: on firefox, i want to open a link in new tab, i make a touch right-clic on the link to be able to use the option "open link in new tab", and it is working. BUT the current link i righ-clicked is opened in the current tab too, so i have 2 tab with same link (the current and the new). It's looks like the (finger) touch-screen right-clic trigger 1 right-clic + 1 normal clic. This bugged clic is a way to force to reproduce this bug on the unity dock. An other way to reproduce is usualy the first righ-clic on an dock's icon after unity launched. And finally, a righ-clic on another icon remove the unusable menu.
