mangelasakis, please don't assume that this bug is the same as the one you're experiencing it. Please file a new bug for your problem using ubuntu-bug gnome-shell. Your .xsession-errors file is very big. It would help if you delete it and then try to trigger the crash with as little action as possible. For instance, does the crash only happen if you play music? Does it happen if you disable or uninstall the gnome-shell extensions you're using?
