Of all the things I thought were related to this bug, this one really eluded me. I can confirm that the bug is gone if I replace my Razer Copperhead with a random generic 10$ Genius mouse. After messing with mouse polling, razer is a lot usable, but still it's choppier than what I get with the Genius mouse (over 9000 fps)
